Well some CVS stores turn on next weeks sales ad EARLY. So if your out shopping Saturday afternoon/evening at CVS always ask if they are running both weeks ad's!
And bring your shopping buddy so you can do the deals twice (save gas).
I did 5 transactions to keep reusing the ECB to have less oop (out of pocket $).
