Just add a small inexpensive purchase. Usually there is candy on sale for .39 w/ in ad coupon ( ad coupons/monthly store coupons don’t count in the ratio). So now your buying 2 items and the register will allow you to use you manufacture coupon and RR even though the candy is only .39 cents.. Cost doesn’t matter just the fact that you have 2 items to 2 coupons is what the register understands.
